The Domaine de Malaric is located in Uzès, in the Gard region.

Our olive trees flourish under the Mediterranean sun, on land that has been suitable for olive cultivation for centuries.

We chose to plant different varieties – Picholine, Aglandau, Négrette, Bouteillan, Cul blanc, Malaricoise and Cailletier – in order to promote natural pollination and offer a unique range of flavors.
The harvest takes place between October and January, using only high-quality olives.
To obtain single-varietal oils that are fruity, velvety, and low in acidity, the olives are picked directly from the tree, carefully sorted, and then cold-pressed using high-performance equipment that guarantees quality and hygiene.
We are ready to welcome you all year round. During the harvest season, you can discover our expertise, from planting to bottling, and understand each step that makes our oil unique.
Also explore our tasting area and shop, where you will find our oils packaged in glass or stainless steel, to preserve all their freshness and aromas.

Domaine de Malaric is much more than an olive grove: it is a story of passion for the olive tree, a commitment to quality and a Mediterranean heritage to share.

Located in Uzès, in the heart of the Gard region , Domaine de Malaric passionately perpetuates the Mediterranean olive-growing tradition. We cultivate seven varieties of olive trees , including the Picholine, emblematic of our terroir and guarantor of the local Protected Designation of Origin . Each tree is cared for according to the principles of sustainable agriculture in order to preserve nature and the quality of the fruit.

The harvest, which takes place between October and January , occurs at full maturity to obtain extra virgin, single-varietal oils that are mild and fruity. Cold-pressed within 48 hours, they reveal the full aromatic richness of the olive.

Domaine de Malaric embodies authentic know-how , combining respect for traditions , a demand for quality and Mediterranean heritage.
